The bag showed up a bit crushed, which was annoying as hell, but luckily the clothes inside were totally fine

I tried to buy a few things, but the payment options were frustrating. My usual payment method wasn’t even available?! Then checkout kept nudging me toward stuff I don’t use, which got old fast. I ended up just leaving the cart. For a site this big, paying should be way easier

I ordered a pair of jeans and a tee from General Pants, mostly going off the product details on the website (as you do when you’re trying to avoid returns).
The sizing info and colour photos were accurate. The jeans fit about how I expected, and the material description matched what arrived too. The tee was maybe a little thinner than I pictured from the photos, but not a dealbreaker.
Overall, I’m happy with the order. I just wish there was sometimes a bit more info about fabric thickness (would make online shopping way easier). I’d still shop there again

They do have a few decent brands I like, but the range feels a bit samey after a while. I was expecting more sizes and styles to choose from. It’s not bad at all, just average, and some of the options feel a bit unnecessary rather than actually useful
